Association Introduction
In order to organize relevant affairs, maintain balance and order, and provide the possibility of greater exploitation of investment and production, use and transfer of scientific and practical experiences of those involved, and update it to achieve the legal goals of development in such cases, support the improvement of the business environment, and respond to problems and deficiencies within the framework of the country's established laws, and defend the legitimate and legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons who are members of the Zanjan Province Handicrafts Association on the subject of handicrafts in accordance with the following provisions.
Duties and powers
- Trying to organize matters related to the subject of the activity:
- Group participation in decision-making and decision-making and preparation and preparation of proposals related to the topic of the association's activities.
- Establishing relationships with banks and credit institutions in the country, as well as international financial and monetary organizations, within the framework of the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the aim of facilitating and expanding financial services and facilities to members.
- Creating a database in fields related to the goals and duties of the association and providing information through creating an information network and publishing books, magazines and specialized brochures and exchanging relevant information.
- Carrying out scientific and research activities related to the mission of the association inside and outside the country.
- Supporting the legitimate and common interests of members, providing them with legal and advisory services, and protecting the intellectual rights of members through relevant legal authorities and institutions.
- Encouraging and supporting joint investment in the field of handicrafts.
- Creating opportunities for collaboration and activity development for members
- Participate in developing and implementing the required standards and performing quality controls and ratings required by the association.
- Introducing members to competent authorities to use the services and facilities available.
- Holding training courses required by members, holding specialized conferences and roundtables, as well as attending conferences Various domestic and foreign publications, and translation and writing of articles related to the forum's topic
- Holding or attending domestic and foreign exhibitions related to the mission of the "Association":
- Sending trade and marketing delegations to foreign countries and hosting trade and marketing delegations from foreign countries
- Preventing unethical business behavior among members through effective coordination and supervision within the organization and utilizing the capacity of the Iranian Chamber's Disciplinary Commission.
- Efforts to resolve disputes between relevant actors, including through the establishment of arbitration organizations under the supervision of the Arbitration Center of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce.
- Creating the necessary platform and mechanism for accepting the government's assignable tasks that are assigned to the association in the implementation of the 5-year economic development laws, the law implementing the policies of Article 44, and other relevant laws, and properly implementing the assigned tasks and submitting performance reports to the relevant agencies.
- Efforts to bind and oblige members to properly implement and comply with the country's commercial affairs
- Information and legal follow-up to prevent the production of substandard, counterfeit and smuggled products with the cooperation and assistance of responsible institutions and organizations.
- Coordination and assistance in introducing members to membership in specialized, regional and international organizations related to the activities of the Association.
- Providing consulting services for concluding contracts, memorandums of understanding and technical protocols between members of the association and domestic and foreign institutions.
